Sending the assessment
Getting the assessment into people's hands is the part that decides how many results you'll have to work with. Here are the ways to share it and how to keep momentum up.
Ways to share it
- Send a link by email or text — the simplest option for an individual or a small group.
- Post or print a QR code — perfect for a bulletin, a slide, or a table in the lobby.
- Send it from the platform directly to people already in your church directory.
Set expectations up front
It helps to tell people three things before they start: it's mobile-first, so they can do it right on their phone; it takes about 20 minutes; and it's completely free. Those three facts remove almost every reason to put it off.
Sending reminders
Most people mean to finish and simply forget. A friendly nudge a few days later recovers a surprising number of unfinished assessments. Send reminders to the people who haven't completed it yet rather than blasting everyone again.
A Sunday rollout idea
- Put the QR code on a slide and mention it from up front.
- Give people two quiet minutes right there to scan and start.
- Follow up that afternoon with a link for anyone who didn't finish.
Roll it out to one group at a time. A focused invitation to a class or team gets a far higher completion rate than a single church-wide announcement.
As results come in, see reading the results for what to do with them.
