When does my card actually get charged?
You won't be charged for 7 days, and we'll email you 2 days before the first charge. Cancel any module any time before then and you owe $0.
Can I subscribe to just one module?
Yes. That's the whole point. Most churches start with Sermons or Media, then add the others later. Cancel any individual module without affecting the others.
How does Sermons pricing work?
Three tiers, all features at every tier. Basic ($99.99/mo) gives you 10 deep research reports per month. Advanced ($129.99/mo) gives you 20. Premium ($149.99/mo) gives you 30. Pastors share one subscription — bring your whole teaching team in and let them run research on their own passages.
How does Ministry AMS pricing work?
$19.99 per seat per month. A "seat" is one staff member with their own AMS login — your worship pastor, executive pastor, secretary, etc. There's no minimum and no maximum. A solo pastor pays $19.99; a 6-person staff pays $119.94.
What's the difference between the three Spiritual Gifts tiers?
Basic ($49.99/mo) gives you the full 112-question assessment, DISC, an admin dashboard, team recommendations, and unlimited assessments. Advanced ($79.99/mo) adds customized spiritual gifts, AI-powered team matching, and an analytics dashboard. Premium ($99.99/mo) adds Planning Center, Subsplash, and Pushpay integrations plus PDF export & reporting. Annual billing saves up to ~50%.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — toggle Annual at checkout and you pay 10 months for 12. That's 2 months free per module, every year, automatically.
What about church plant or non-profit pricing?
Every Pastor Center subscription is already at our non-profit rate. For new church plants under 12 months old, talk to us — we have a starter program with 50% off the first 6 months.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any module from the dashboard. You keep access through the end of your billing period. We'll never make you call to cancel.
