Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Pastor Center. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms.
1. Ownership
Pastor Center operates this platform and retains ownership of all derivative works, improvements, and modifications related to the services.
2. Scope of Services
Our platform is not designed for regulated industries that require HIPAA, FISMA, or similar compliance. Users outside the United States are responsible for complying with their local laws.
3. Intellectual Property
Pastor Center owns all platform intellectual property. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or church use, in accordance with these terms.
4. User Representations
By using Pastor Center, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
5. Account Management
You must keep your account credentials confidential and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or after extended periods of inactivity.
6. Payment Terms
Where a trial is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Subscription fees are in U.S. dollars and renew on the cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or related infrastructure.
- Violate intellectual property rights of Pastor Center or any third party.
- Upload defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful content.
- Use automated tools to access the service without express permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the service.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Pastor Center the rights necessary to host, use, reproduce, and distribute that content as required to provide and improve the services. You agree to indemnify Pastor Center against claims arising from content you submit.
9. Modifications
We may change the services from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pastor Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including downtime or data loss.
11. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration seated in Lee County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
