Getting started with Church Media
Church Media takes one sermon and turns it into 20 short clips plus a set of graphics — all in your church's colors. Here's how to get going from a blank account.
1. Connect a video source
Your sermon can come from three places, and all three work for clip generation: upload a video file straight from your computer, paste a YouTube link, or drop in a Vimeo URL. Pick whichever matches where your recordings already live — you don't have to change your current workflow.
2. Set your brand kit
Before your first upload, spend a few minutes on your brand kit. You set this once, and every clip afterward uses it automatically.
- Add your brand colors and fonts.
- Upload any intro and outro you want on each clip.
- Add your watermark or logo.
From that point on, captions and graphics stay on-brand without you lifting a finger.
3. Upload your first sermon
Choose your source, point it at the recording, and submit. There's nothing to trim or pre-edit — the system finds the strongest moments on its own.
Start with a recent sermon you already know well. When the clips come back, you'll instantly recognize whether the best-moment picks match your taste.
4. When your clips arrive
Clips are delivered within 12–24 hours of uploading the recording. You'll get all 20 — both vertical and horizontal — plus your AI-generated graphics, ready to review, reject, and post.
