Setting your brand kit & captions

Your brand kit is the secret to clips that look professionally produced without any per-clip work. You set it once, and every clip and graphic afterward inherits it.

What goes in the brand kit

Walk through these once when you set up:

  1. Colors. Add your church's brand colors — these drive your captions and graphics.
  2. Fonts. Choose the typeface your clips and tiles should use.
  3. Intros and outros. Upload the opening and closing you want on each clip.
  4. Watermark. Add your logo or watermark so every clip is recognizably yours.

How caption styling works

Captions are generated automatically from the sermon audio and styled in the colors and font from your brand kit. You don't restyle them clip by clip — once the kit is set, every caption matches it.

Keeping every clip on-brand

Because the kit applies to all 20 clips per sermon and to your graphics — series art, social tiles, and slide templates — a TikTok clip, a Facebook post, and a slide all read as one consistent brand. There's nothing to reapply each week.

Tip

Use the exact hex values from your church's style guide rather than eyeballing close colors. Precise values keep clips matching your website and print materials.

Updating the kit later

Rebranding or refreshing your look? Open the brand kit and change whatever you need — colors, fonts, intro, outro, or watermark. New uploads pick up the updated kit automatically, so your next batch of clips reflects the change without any extra steps.
