Settings
Settings is where the important decisions live: which systems are connected, who on your staff can see what, and the switches that control what Engage is allowed to do.
Two settings deserve special care: role permissions (each leader should see only the people they're responsible for, and giving data only goes to designated giving admins) and writes — which stay off until an administrator deliberately turns them on.
